I own an applemac and, unsurprisingly, the mouse that came near it (white and ovaly shaped). We use it quite alot and the little grey globe on top has started sticking when you try to scroll down but not when you scroll up.
I know that when this happen with the globe underneath you're supposed to take it out but this is a bit impossible as near isnt a way to lift it out.
Any ideas to unstick it?? This is getting annoying...
Apple Mouse Problem?
Although I own Many MACS, I have no experience beside that Mouse(called Mighty Mouse! No S^&%) I would try to roll the ball continuosly until it stops sticking,...because it sounds approaching you have something in(side) it. barring that,..bring it to your nearest apple store or VAR(value added reseller) and they will fix it or replace it. You might achieve it replaced free if your still under warranty....
