Assemble a notebook ?

i already hold a hpmx704 monitor , hp keyboard , hp mouse and harman kardon 2.1 speakers . cpu ( western digital complicated disk 40gb 7200rpm , ram 512 , intel processor 2.8 , and asus motherboard P4SD - LA .865 model . my motherboard is exceedingly old so dispense me suggestions to buy a new extreme motherboard .i enjoy some choice in motherboards

1.Asus striker extreme

2.Intel D975XBX

3.Gigabyte

4.NVIDIA nForce.

But i want to upgrade my pc's motherboard , processor ,strike and hard disk .
