Audio and video skips on window xp-- I'm sure it's not withdrawal of memory...Please abet!?

It's really sturdy to tell. The most logical item to say is something similar to "It's thinking". haha. or that it is something connected with memory.

When you're running abiding programs, like aforemetioned video or movie programs, their are specific system requirements. Plus if your playing music, and on the interent and chitchat on a messenger, there become a back log of adjectives these things your computer is running.

Depending on what you're running, it might even be your video card.

In all, i would read aloud a lack of memory is what it sounds resembling.
What are you trying to play? If it's an HD video or something encoded in h.264, your computer may not be up to snuff to play it wager on smoothly.
Anti virus programs often really slow things down. Disable it temporarily and see whether that improve the performance.
