after checking my control panel , i discover near is no sound device available.i downloaded the audio driver available online but a pop-up appear when i downloading the driver truism tt : no driver is supported in the driver packet. i have do everything i can.. i own scan for virus and download drivers but to no avail.. the sound device is still working when i ending use my laptop which is a few days ago. PLEASE HELP! i dun wanna reformat my laptop ):

You're probably downloading the wrong driver. Download Everest Home Edition, which will tell you the correct label of your audio device so you'll know what driver to download:
