if yes why and surrounded by not why ?
ASUS P5W DH Deluxe motherbroad is that polite for agaming workstation?
Not really such a thing a gaming motherboard. Most motherboards run around like speed. It's the cpu, memory size (like 2gb or more) and very honest video card that makes a computer a gaming computer.

that board does give the impression of being to have an issue next to VISTA. You might want to check whatever board you do choose to be capable of handle vista. You might hold to be forced into it if directx10 stays only as a Vista program.
And btw, sli or crossfire is completely useless unless your running at extremely soaring resolutions (like 2048 by 1600+).

If you're willing to shell out the lolly, it's a very fitting motherboard. The only approach to make it a gaming motherboard is to pick a pious processor and video card to add to it. If you enjoy at lest a gig of RAM, a Core 2 Duo processor, and a gaming video card, consequently it would be a very nice gaming electrical device.
it's a great board, you should be happy next to it.
Get a great video card and Power supply to run the video card and keep the strike up there.
Good luck!
