Asus P5N-E w/ E4300 or E6300?

Ok so Im planning out a computer build right immediately and would like to buy any an Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 or E6300. How do I know that the cpu will be compatible with the NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI chipset on the motherboard? And please dont purely say the answer...explain it.

Asus P5N-E w/ E4300 or E6300?

According to ASUS's website, this board supports pretty much adjectives of the core duo and core 2 duo processors. even up to the quad-core processors. The 6300 is most definitely a better choice if you own the money for it. ASUS is usually kept up pretty well as far as processors shift. If they don't support one, they usually get it fixed pretty early. But I have never see a case where on earth a processor was not supported beside an ASUS board unless it was specifically stated.
they are both one and the same cpu socket type so you can use either one, if you enjoy the money definitely walk for the e6300 as its quite a bit faster than the 4300.
