is it posible to route multimedia audio to the mono speaker built inside the atx defence ?

Yes most of the time at hand is a additional audio output nouns on your motherboard where you can create this connection. Or you can connect a 1/8th" stereo masculine jack to the S.card Speaker Out (if you have one) after cut the cable so it will reach the speaker after twist the wires together other later the bare telecommunication ground (Left and Right) and connect to the speaker.
