Best gooey for cooling?

im working on a cpu/vga cooling project. I entail a safe soft with a soaring boiling point and a low freezing point that can aslo withstand about 10psi.

Best gooey for cooling?

I use distilled dampen, and have great temps.

Have you looked into 'heat pipes'? How about Peltier cooling elements?
for my colling system i of late use water beside some coolant additive. it's supposed to abet with cut back algae, evaporation, cooling/heating, and all that pious stuff. you can usually buy it at any comp store.
50-50 water and anti freeze
use the stuff you buy at your local computer store

its great

theres also some UV reactant coolant wich will dispense your baby a nice untried look
Water cooling is still unstabe. Electronics + Water= FRY

Heat pipes been perfect.
liquid cooling a computer is a moment ago plain stupid, dont do it.
