I desperately call for help. I am working on a project and I accidentally lost an deity or whatever you appointment it...where you switch from thesis space to model space and different sheets or layouts on AutoCad...Please help....

god or toolbutton would be correct.
since you didnt mention your version this will work for the hottest one.
open up the option dialog(type in option or use the tools menu)
select display tab
there should be a "layout elements" box, bottom left of the dialog mabye
check the box that say "display layout and model tabs"
also if you look down on your status bar(the very bottom fold of the autocad app that shows your coordinates,scale etc you may see some icon to the far right, right click some of those and you'll get the odds to bring them back.
this is adjectives in the assistance files under "layout tabs"
Right click on any toolbar and choose "personnalize" you should know how to find out your tool button.
You can also go into the "Tool" or "Option" menu and find "personnalize"
