Are nearby any email programs that show if and when a sent email be read?

When I transport certain emails, I would approaching to know of the emails were read or if I'm only being overlooked. Also, any email programs that show if I have be deleted from someone's email or blocked. I'm looking for a providor that does this (i.e. yahoo, comcast, verizon) even though I know they don't provide this service

Outlook have a setting that will tell you when an email have been read. There are different version of Outlook, I think the elder ones would just distribute the notification to you and the newer ones give the reader the route of notifying you that it have been read.
