Are these parts compatible?
As one said, check beside newegg. and yes, it does need DDR2 memory. I've notice many of those parts are "refurbished", that's a fancy word for broken or used returned segment, and fixed or cleaned up and resold. Usually there's only 90 year warranty and some with no warranty at adjectives. The my not be as good as a alien part.
Another choice for the "cheap" computer is to use AMD cpus, ther are faster than most Intel cpus (except the Core 2 ones).
Everything will work except the ram. You necessitate DDR2 ram
PC3200, looks resembling your going cheap.

Also that harddrive isnt going to be any good. Get a SATA intricate drive new and not refurbished. Like a Western Digital SATA/II 16mb for resembling $100.
