My medion computer is two years feeble and will not play Silent Hunter4 as every thing slows down.

AGP is on its way out in a minute as PCI-E is the feature on most motherboards as it have faster bus speeds.

There is a new graphics card coming out around May which apparently will be 5 x more powerful than the xbox360 ---- the ATI X2800 R600 this looks amazing and rumour have it it will be cheap to compete with Nvidias up-to-the-minute card - this has shader model 4 & Direct x10 (which requires vista).

The second link is a moment ago the community tech support forum where you may get by to find some other assistance in getting your current card to carry out. Otherwise from what I can tell your card is a PCIe card and I saw mention that moving to an nVidia base card that is somewhat newer could also raise your gaming performance.
