Also, notebook power & cooling has a well-mannered selection depending on how much power you requirement though it is very expensive. I've upgraded my e510 next to pc power 470-Dell (470watts) and works without blemish. You can also get an off-the-shelf psu and next add an adapter for 10 bucks but it could be risky to your gpu or mobo if it fail.
Hi. For this problem is better you see "google". It's the better way to resolve your problem. Good luck.
Probably. But if your computer is still beneath warranty, installing a 3rd-party party power supply will negated the warranty.

My suggestion: Check your computer's service tag on support.dell.com to find your warranty status. If the warranty is still within effect, and your situation is that the power supply that came next to your computer blew up, Dell will send you a replacement for free ... no shipping charges, even. There's for a moment RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) paperwork to fill out (since you will involve to send them the departed one), but it's no big deal. Good luck!
All 3rd gala power supplies are compatible, you just might own to do a slight modification to the metal in the bag to get it to install. The integral Dell Power Supply compatibility things has not be an issue for 6 years, when Dell switched back to using standard power supply connections. The lone issue will be mounting it in the baggage, which just take a small modification to the case bracket.
