Graphic card is a hardware, it cannot be downloaded. If you are not happy beside your colors change your clear card to a higher resolution card. 128mb is fine for average users.

A graphics card is a piece of hardware. What you obligation to download and install is a driver for the graphic card (or onboard)
I remember closely of people downloading the trial for Everquest 2 and after asking in chat... "Where can I download a video card?" Made me guffaw every time.

right click anywhere on the computer screen and choose Properties surrounded by display properties click settings and check your color quality,if its 16bit renovation it to 32bit
or it could be your monitor?
