Are adjectives wireless keyboards do not support dos?

I get a new USB wireless the ivories & opt mouse combination

It is called phenomenon twin touch wireless se keyboard/opt mouse USB

And they are working very okay with window xp but when I tried to setup windows from dos or using start up disk to boot or any operation outside window the keyboard isn't working. are adjectives wireless keyboards do not support dos? Or only the one I enjoy? Or there is a something I could do?

As far as I know they are do.
I own a Logitech, and it works with DOS, and at boot up time. You may stipulation to get the DOS drivers for the Keyboard and mouse, but for from the manufacturer, next from a third party site...
